What sensor goes in the exhaust?

I can not the the exhaust sensor off the old exhaust, which kind of sensor replaces it?

That is the stock NOx sensor, which is required for proper operation with the Sinister Diesel 5" DPF-Back Exhaust on your 6.7 Powerstroke 5 inch exhaust setup. It can be purchased at most Ford dealers or authorized parts retailers for your exhaust system.
