Yes—that’s correct. The gray version is priced $25 higher than the standard blue.
The difference comes down to production. Our blue kits are produced in much larger batches, which keeps manufacturing efficient and costs lower. The gray kits are done in significantly smaller runs, which interrupts our normal production flow and increases handling and setup time on our end.
Functionally, both kits are identical—the price difference is strictly tied to the smaller production volume and added manufacturing overhead for the gray option.
If color isn’t a priority, the blue kit is the most cost-effective option. If you prefer the gray for the look, we’ve got you covered there as well.
