Can you run OE shock size with this kit?

Curious if I need shock relocators to keep my stock size shocks?

If your truck is used only on road, the stock shocks will be fine with the Sinister Diesel 6.0 Powerstroke leveling kit. However, for a leveled 6.0 Powerstroke that sees both on and off-road use, a shock extension or 2" longer shock is recommended.
