Yes, it will work. The Sinister Diesel Injection Pressure Regulator Valve is compatible with both early and late 2004 6.0 Powerstroke IPR valve applications, as well as the 2003 6.0 Powerstroke IPR valve. It uses the same sensor for all these model years.
