Answer: Not at all, the Sinister Diesel Pitbull Series® Turbocharger for the 2011-2014 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L, including the 2011 F250 6.7 turbo, is specifically engineered to be fully compatible with stock-size injectors, just like most of our Pitbull series turbos.
