Unfortunately, our pipes are not compatible with the smaller intake openings found on the early 1999 7.3 Powerstroke models. The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit is specifically designed to fit the 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L, and will not fit earlier models.
