The Sinister Diesel Bypass Oil Filter System for 1999-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L works by diverting a small portion of engine oil from the main flow and passing it through a very fine filter element. This system removes much smaller particles than the standard full-flow filter, keeping the oil cleaner for longer and returning the filtered oil to the engine sump.
