Our Sinister Diesel Bypass Oil Filter System for the 1999-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L is a secondary filtration kit that filters oil down to a much finer level than the stock filter. The stock filter remains in place while this system continuously filters a portion of the oil as the truck runs, greatly improving oil cleanliness and engine protection.
