This is just for the Sinister Diesel Blue EGR Cooler itself for 2004-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L. For a more complete install kit, we highly recommend adding our 6.0 Intake Gasket Kit, which includes intake gaskets, EGR cooler gaskets, turbo gaskets, and new mounting bolts for easier installation.
